We are working with an education provider to recruit a dedicated, compassionate and resilient Personal Care Assistant to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) provision in Leicester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is committed to helping young people overcome barriers, develop independence and thrive in a supportive educational environment.

The Role:

• Providing personal care and practical support to pupils with complex needs.
• Supporting students with their emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
• Promoting independence, dignity and confidence.
• Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Working closely with teaching staff and the wider support team.
• Supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviours, using a calm, patient and consistent approach.
