Reference: ,000 OTE | Established property development lender | High-value lending exposure | Direct impact on growthIf you’re an experienced Lending Director looking for greater ownership of origination and the opportunity to work on high-quality property development transactions, this role offers a 95,000–100,000 basic salary with 140,000 OTE.You’ll have autonomy to develop intermediary and developer relationships, structure lending opportunities and take transactions from initial assessment through credit and completion. The business combines specialist lending expertise with established credit, legal and development monitoring capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate new lending opportunities through relationships with intermediaries and direct developer contacts.Assess, structure and complete due diligence on property development lending proposals within agreed credit, pricing and risk parameters.Prepare and present detailed credit applications, including risk assessments, sensitivity analysis and commercial rationale.Drive transactions through credit approval, legal documentation and completion, while remaining involved with loans throughout their lifecycle.About YouSignificant experience originating and executing property development finance transactions.Experience structuring lending proposals and producing detailed credit applications within an established credit framework.Experience managing property lending transactions from initial assessment and due diligence through to completion.If you’re interested in understanding the opportunity, even if you’re not actively looking or your CV isn’t up to date, we’d be happy to have an initial confidential conversation.
