MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting an MEP Co-ordinator for our client, a leading construction, fit-out and manufacturing company delivering high-quality projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP professional to take ownership of MEP delivery across high-end fit-out projects, predominantly within the hotel and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities Lead MEP delivery across live projects and tenders.
Review project documentation, identifying MEP requirements, risks and cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate MEP design with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Manage MEP subcontractors and monitor project progress.
Coordinate MEP design, installation and commissioning programmes.
Liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
Support procurement of MEP materials and subcontract packages.
Ensure MEP works meet health, safety and quality standards.
Manage testing, commissioning and handover.
Provide progress updates and reports to senior management.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements Proven experience in an MEP, M&E or Building Services role within construction or fit-out.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing practices.
Experience managing MEP subcontractors and project teams.
Understanding of MEP design, programming, installation and commissioning.
High-end fit-out, hospitality or hotel experience would be advantageous.
Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. xwzovoh
Ability to travel to projects approximately three days per week, typically Tuesday to Thursday.
