Planning Solicitor/Barrister NQ - 4 & 5+ years' PQE/Call LONDON

Job Description Directories-listed Planning law team in London is looking to recruit two Planning Solicitors or Barristers – one of 0 to 4 and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE/Call. The team is multi-disciplinary comprising of planning lawyers, environmental lawyers, advocates and planning consultants operating across all development sectors. This position has arisen due to growth. Instructions are increasing and so they are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate planning lawyer to join this friendly, supportive and ambitious team. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience of Section 106 agreements, highways and other statutory agreements; advising on planning, highways and associated law; due diligence for property and corporate transactions; and contentious planning work, such as planning inquiries, hearings, court challenges and judicial reviews. If you are newly-qualified you will have undertaken a seat in Planning law. Qualified applicants will currently specialise in Planning law.
