As aMarineClaims Technician, you will handlemarinecargo and liability claims for the UK and Ireland, ensuring professional management,cost control, and customer retention. Your role will also involve active recoveries, reporting, and contributing to training and development within the organization.

How you create impact Managemarinecargo and liability claims with precision, maintaining accurate records through ourClaims ManagementSystem.
Provide transparency in claim statistics for management review.
Interface with insurers, solicitors, surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless claims processes.
Conduct training sessions onclaims handling, transport law, andmarineliability.
Implement and maintain global claims procedures, identifying areas for optimization.
Advocate forcargo insuranceas a vital risk transfer mechanism.
Profile description:
What we would like you to bring Experience in marine liability claims handling.
Strong knowledge of international and national transport law, maritime law, and marine insurance.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Advanced organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
