Senior Production Manager Belfast £60,000 Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Belfast, to recruit a Senior Production Manager. As the successful Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all production operations across your division division, ensuring output meets specification, quality and delivery requirements. What We Require: Have a third level qualification in either: Production / Mechanical / Process / Polymer Engineering Minimum of 5 years management experience within manufacturing Experience of lean manufacturing tools (5S / 5WHY / SMED) Have a good understanding of materials management Have excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills Have excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Have experience of developing staff and achieving departmental and business objectives Have strong IT skills including MS office and particularly excel Have strong people management skills in leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve challenging targets Full Job Spec Available upon application.
