Class 2 Hiab Driver

Our client are looking for aClass 2 HIABdriver to join their home delivery team for their customers atWickesLincoln. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement of multidrop and direct delivery of our customers products.

This is a temp position for their peak period ending approx 26/09/2026, however, may be full-time for the right person . You will be starting at 7am, Monday to Friday, with additional Saturdays during the 10-week peak period which will be completed VIA a rota. You will be based at the home store but collecting & delivering out of surrounding area's and stores.

Successful candidates with be required to pass a DBS search
What youll do on a typical day:
You will typically complete an average of 5-10 deliveries per day
Delivering bulk items to customers homes using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle from Wickes stores
Adhering to safe working practices to always ensure the safety of yourself and others
A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business
Providing excellent face to face customer service to customer

What you need to succeed:
A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement
xwzovoh Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage
Have a positive, flexible attitude toward work and be a reliable timekeeper with the ability to work independently
HIAB licence ALLMI C5 Licence - conversions and refreshers provided GXO funded alongside a training agreement.
