Service Integration Manager

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for end-to-end service integration and performance management across a portfolio of IT services delivered by multiple suppliers and providers, ensuring consistent delivery, control and accountability across multiple suppliers and regions.

Job Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end service outcome across multiple suppliers and service providers.
• Driving cross-supplier collaboration, issue resolution and service improvement activities.
• Holding suppliers accountable for service performance and service improvement commitments.
• Leading service reviews, governance forums and executive reporting.
• Acting as the single point of coordination when issues, risks or dependencies span multiple teams, suppliers or regions.

The following skills/experience are essential:

• Strong experience in IT Service Management within a multi-supplier environment.
• Background in any of the following: SIAM, Service Integration, Service Management, Managed Services, Supplier Governance or Vendor Management.
• Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service review forums.
• ITIL
• Previously worked in Financial Services is highly desirable. xwzovoh
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
