The firm is looking to appoint a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1+ PQE to join its established team in West Sussex.

The OpportunityYou'll take responsibility for your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex matters.

The work is varied and covers both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence, including:Road traffic accidentsEmployers' liabilityPublic liabilityOccupiers' liabilityMisdiagnosisFailure to diagnose or treatOther complex injury and negligence claimsYou'll have the opportunity to build your own experience and confidence, while also supporting senior members of the team on higher-value or more complex cases.
