My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance. Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include: * Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning. * Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors Qualifications Required * City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum * 18th Edition With a great salary of £42,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time.
