About the role

Role: Learning & Development Executive Location: London - Marylebone Station Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum Role Purpose The Learning & Development (L&D) Executive provides essential coordination, administration and delivery support to ensure high-quality learning experiences across the organisation. The role helps embed a culture of continuous learning, supports the rollout of key training programmes, and enables the L&D Manager to deliver capability-building aligned to Vision 2030 priorities. Key Accountatbilities Learning Administration & Coordination - Coordinate the scheduling, logistics and communication for all learning programmes, workshops and events. - Maintain accurate training records, compliance data and reporting dashboards. - Manage bookings, invitations, attendance tracking and post-course evaluation surveys. - Ensure new starters receive timely and effective induction and onboarding materials. - Liease with 3rd party vendors Learning Systems & Digital Support - Maintain and update content on the Learning Management System (LMS) and internal learning platforms. - Support colleagues with accessing courses, troubleshooting issues, and navigating digital learning resources. - Upload and test eLearning modules, ensuring quality and accessibility. Programme Delivery Support - Assist with the design, preparation and delivery of learning materials, including presentations, guides and handouts. - Coordinate with external training providers and manage associated administration (contracts, invoices, materials). - Provide on-the-day support for virtual and in-person learning sessions, including hosting, tech setup and participant engagement. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement - Collect and analyse learner feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Support the L&D Manager with reporting on participation, compliance and programme impact. - Proactively suggest enhancements to processes, systems and communications. Stakeholder & Cultural Support - Act as a helpful, responsive point of contact for colleagues seeking development opportunities. - Promote a positive learning culture by encouraging use of learning resources and signposting L&D initiatives. - Ensure all activities reflect inclusive practice and support organisational values. Person Specification Essential - Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Experience using learning systems, HR systems or digital platforms. - Confident communicator with strong customer service skills. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools. - High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Desirable - Experience in an HR, L&D or training coordination role. - Knowledge of modern learning practices and digital learning tools. - Experience supporting virtual training (Teams, Zoom, webinars).
