Project Manager - Residential / Mixed-Use 📍 Stratford, London PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join HG Construction on a high-profile residential and mixed-use development in Stratford. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a design-led scheme within a busy urban environment, working with a well-established contractor known for delivering high-quality residential projects across London. The development will comprise a new-build residential block with mixed-use ground-floor space and strong community integration, requiring a hands-on Project Manager capable of managing complex logistics, stakeholder coordination, and programme delivery. The Role As Project Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of the project from construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors and consultants, and maintain strong communication with local authorities and surrounding stakeholders throughout the build process. Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of the Stratford project Manage site teams, subcontractors, and construction activities Drive programme performance and sequencing of works Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance Coordinate with consultants, local authorities, and community stakeholders Oversee logistics planning, temporary works, and urban site constraints Monitor progress, risks, and project performance Ensure effective communication across all project teams Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential or mixed-use sector Background working for a main contractor on London-based developments Strong understanding of complex urban construction environments Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain programme certainty Proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery Track record of delivering high-quality projects to tight deadlines What's on Offer Salary up to £120,000 DOE Competitive package Opportunity to join a growing and respected contractor Long-term pipeline of London residential developments Supportive and collaborative working environmentIf you are an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge on a scheme in Stratford, please apply now or send your CV for a confidential discussion with PSR Solutions
