Are you an experienced Parts Advisor seeking a new opportunity within a reputable automotive dealership in Maidstone? Our client is currently looking to recruit a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their team. Competitive basic salary of £30,133, with performance-related bonus between £2,000 and £3,800
Monday to Friday working hours with one in three Saturdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Managing parts orders efficiently to meet workshop requirements
Assisting with parts identification and sourcing for technicians
Preparing parts in advance to optimise workshop productivity
Maintaining accurate stock control and organisation
Liaising with the workshop team to meet their parts needs promptly
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
Supporting the team in parts pricing and ordering processes
Maintaining a high level of customer service when dealing with internal departmentsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within an automotive dealership or workshop environment
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Familiarity with parts ordering systems such as Kerridge/CDK or equivalent
IT literacy, including experience with parts lookup tools like Microcat or Superservice
Good knowledge of vehicle parts and technical aspects relevant to the role
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
Previous experience supporting workshop operations in a busy dealership setting is advantageous
Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service
