Architect Location: Surrey Salary: £35000-£40000 (dependent on experience) A well-established, design-focused architectural practice based in Surrey is looking to appoint a talented and driven Architect to join its expanding team. This RIBA-chartered studio has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, retail, and education. The practice offers a collaborative working environment that encourages creativity, technical expertise, and continued professional growth. The role of Architect will involve: * Leading projects through all RIBA work stages from concept design to completion * Developing creative design solutions in line with client briefs and project requirements * Preparing and presenting planning applications, design proposals, and technical packages * Producing and coordinating detailed drawing information using Revit * Managing communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders * Attending site visits, project meetings, and supporting contract administration duties where required * Ensuring projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements * Managing multiple projects and delivering work to agreed deadlines and budgets The successful Architect will have: * ARB registered Architect with relevant architectural qualifications * Strong post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice * Excellent design and technical knowledge across a range of project sectors * Proficiency in Revit is essential * Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning policy, and construction methods * Experience coordinating projects and liaising with multidisciplinary teams * Strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment * Proven ability to manage workload effectively and work well under pressure To apply, please call Sophie on (phone number removed) or alternatively, send your CV and Portfolio across to .
