About the role
Mazco Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a high-precision engineering company in Rugby, seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join their growing night shift team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong programming capabilities to work on advanced machinery in a modern manufacturing environment.
The Role
As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
* Working with Siemens 828D / 840 controls
* Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
* Editing and optimising programs to improve efficiency
* Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings
* Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller (programming, setting & operating)
* Strong knowledge of Siemens 828D or 840 controls
* Experience with Fusion 360 or Mastercam CAD/CAM software
* Ability to work independently on night shifts
* High attention to detail and quality standards
Shift Pattern
* Night Shift: Monday – Thursday
