Housekeeper | Private Hospital | Spire Clare Park Hospital - Farnham | Permanent | Excellent Benefits Spire Clare Park Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our experienced and supportive Housekeeping team on a permanent basis. Spire Clare Park is a modern elective hospital in Farnham, rated Good by the CQC, providing a wide range of surgical and diagnostic services including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT, supported by state-of-the-art imaging facilities. Key Responsibilities * Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital in line with infection control and housekeeping policies * Complete cleaning schedules to ensure rooms and public areas are ready for use * Work closely with the Senior Housekeeper and report issues promptly * Liaise with clinical teams to support day-to-day hospital needs * Maintain cleaning equipment and report faults or supply shortages * Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, moving and handling, and confidentiality requirements About You * Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role * Able to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues * Professional appearance and approach suited to a healthcare environment * Reliable, methodical and able to work both independently and as part of a team * Committed to maintaining high standards * Flexible to work evenings and some weekends Benefits * 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata) * Competitive pension with flexible retirement options * 'Spire for You' reward platform with discounts and cashback * Free Bupa health screening * Private medical insurance * Life assurance * Free onsite parking (saving approx. £50 per month) Why Spire Health Spire Healthcare is one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers, renowned for clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.
