In this role, you'll lead a processing department of around 55 people across production and packing operations, focusing on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, team development, and long-term strategy.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and help drive operational performance across the site.

The ideal candidate will come from a food, FMCG, or manufacturing background, with experience managing teams and implementing process improvements within a fast-paced production environment.
