Freelance Site Manager – High Rise Residential Scheme – Newcastle We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a major high-rise residential development in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established main contractor on a large-scale city centre scheme, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Managing daily site activities across the project Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times Monitoring programme and progress against targets Conducting site inspections and quality checks Liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients Maintaining accurate site records and reporting Requirements: Proven experience managing high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management procedures SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates essential Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to drive programme and maintain high safety standards
