  • Act as a key point of contact, coordinating information requests, reporting requirements and stakeholder communications.
  • Support the delivery of product development initiatives, product enhancements and new market opportunities.
  • Produce management information, performance reports and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and support governance, compliance and audit activities in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Good understanding of underwriting principles, insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and coordinate activity across multiple teams and organisations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience producing reports, management information and data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and commercially aware, with a willingness to identify improvements, take ownership of work and develop broader industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with delegated authority arrangements, MGAs, coverholders or binding authorities would be advantageous but not essential. xwzovoh
