We are currently seeking a: Reconditioning Plant Supervisor Package from £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience & qualification) + additional Benefits This is a key role within our production management team. Working office hours, the successful applicant will oversee our state-of-the-art reconditioning facility, ensuring optimum efficiencies and in compliance with all statutory legal requirments, and our internal quality and safety standards. Key Tasks: * Manage and control the Reconditioning plant * Ensure manpower is effectively utilised, to meet demand * Support good team relationships through motivation and effective communications * Monitor team and individual performance and identify training needs * Maintain and evidence documentation and practices Skills/Experience; Essential: * Previous supervisory experience * Motivation and leadership * Organisation and prioritising * Proficient level of IT competence Desired: * Managerial or engineering qualification * WAMITAB qualification, or willingness to qualify * SAP experience would be advantageous * Health & Safety qualification, e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH.
