About the role

As the new Beauty Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

• Guide clients through our curated collection of brands and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury beauty and perfumery.
• Build and maintain genuine, long‑lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
• Stay ahead of trends and emerging brands in fragrance, skincare, and beauty.
• Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products and accessories.
• Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
