Consultant: Zak Stevens | Ref: 5418 | Call: (phone number removed) The Role *Supervising up to 15 employees across multiple production lines *Ensuring daily production targets and KPIs are achieved *Managing team performance, attendance and holiday cover *Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality *Ensuring procedures and production standards are followed *Supporting training and development of team members *Working closely with Quality and other departments *Identifying issues and driving continuous improvement *Using production data to improve efficiency and performance The Candidate *Previous supervisory or team leader experience *Production or manufacturing background *Food/FMCG manufacturing experience is highly desirable *Confident making decisions and managing a busy team *Understanding of health, safety and quality standards *LEAN/continuous improvement knowledge advantageous *£35,000 per annum *Monday - Friday Days *Company pension *Sick pay *Life insurance *Career progression opportunities Elix Sourcing Solutions is a specialist recruiter for Engineering, Manufacturing, Tech, Energy and Science roles ranging from mid to senior level positions.
