Director of Growth and Innovation Up to £120,000 + benefits and bonus Hybrid - Norwich (4x days onsite per week) A leading global organisation in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Head of Product – Market Intelligence to drive innovation, commercial growth, and digital transformation within its offshore wind division. This senior role will focus on developing and scaling data-driven intelligence products, enhancing value for clients, and positioning the business for its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of innovative market intelligence products Drive revenue growth across subscription and consultancy offerings Implement AI and automation to improve data workflows and analysis Collaborate with research, sales, and tech teams to bring new products to market Build business cases, prototypes, and full-scale solutions Lead, mentor, and grow a team of analysts and product specialists Requirements: Experience in market intelligence, SaaS, or subscription-based products Strong commercial acumen and product monetisation expertise Familiarity with AI tools and data technologies (e.g. Python, SQL) Background in renewables, energy, or related sectors (preferred) Proven leadership and team development skills Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth Apply below or send your profile to riversteytler@harnham.com to register your interest.
