About the role

Project Manager Facilities Management Build more than a programme. Youll be the person clients rely on to keep things moving, solve problems early, and make sure projects land safely and smoothly without the usual FM drama. Were looking for a delivery-focused FM Project Manager to lead building fabric and construction works across multiple contracts in Northern Ireland. Youll coordinate operatives and subcontractors, keep clients informed, and make sure the job is done properly first time. The package more than holds its own: 41 days holiday, company vehicle, early finish Fridays, private medical, bonus, wellbeing support and pension. What youll be doing Youll own day-to-day FM delivery across building fabric and construction works, ensuring everything is planned, resourced and delivered to programme. Youll lead site activity, support subcontractors and operatives, and keep health and safety front and centre. Youll also be the face of the service for clients running meetings, site walk-throughs and keeping communication clear, professional and proactive. What youll need Youll bring experience in construction supervision, site management or project delivery, with solid knowledge of building fabric and construction activities. Youre organised, confident with people, and comfortable leading others while keeping standards high. IOSH or NEBOSH, plus IPAF or PASMA, would be a bonus, and security clearance can be obtained where needed. Skills: Facilities Management Construction Construction Project Management
