Having grown rapidly through a combination of innovation, customer obsession and strong commercial fundamentals, the business is now entering its next chapter.
The opportunity is to help build a category‑defining brand. As CMO, you'll be responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy that takes the business from a successful scaleup to a global leader.
You'll lead brand, growth, retention, community and customer lifecycle, bringing everything together under one integrated vision.
You'll have the opportunity to:

We're looking for a commercially‑minded marketing leader who combines strong brand‑building instincts with a deep understanding of modern customer growth.
To thrive in this role, you'll need experience of scaling high‑growth consumer brands, integrating brand and performance marketing, building communities and creating customer‑first growth strategies.
Most importantly, you'll love building in entrepreneurial environments, and be excited by the challenge of helping create one of the UK's leading modern wellness brands.
Location: Hybrid working (ideal for someone based in East London)
Package: Up to £200k base salary + bonus + equity opportunity
