Recruitment Consultant – Driving & Industrial Division
Location: Leicester (Office Based)

We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Leicester office, specialising in the Driving and Industrial sector. This is a rewarding opportunity to manage an established, high-volume desk while developing new business and growing your client portfolio.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced, sales-driven position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing temporary and permanent vacancies across a wide range of roles, from HGV Drivers and Van Drivers through to Transport Administrators, Planners, and Office Support positions.
You'll be working with both candidates and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery while meeting and exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing a busy recruitment desk within the Driving and Industrial sector.
Building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into suitable roles.
Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines.
Conducting sales calls, client visits, and business development activities.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
Coordinating bookings, filling vacancies, and handling day-to-day client requirements.
Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.What We're Looking For
Previous experience within transport, logistics, driving recruitment, or a similar industry.
A confident and professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Sales-focused with a proven ability to work towards targets.
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
