This is an urgent opportunity for an experienced Frameworks Programme Manager to step into a high-profile infrastructure and capital projects environment in Belfast. If you enjoy taking ownership, working with senior stakeholders and keeping complex projects moving, this temporary contract offers the chance to make an immediate impact from day one. You will support framework delivery, supplier performance, budgets, risks and stakeholder engagement across major local projects. The successful candidate will be managing framework delivery, overseeing supplier performance, monitoring budgets, managing risks and working closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Applicants should have at least 3 years' framework management exposure, with experience of planning and control processes in a construction environment, public sector working, budget management and stakeholder engagement.
