Expression of Interest – Tankage Supervisors (UK Projects)We’re inviting experienced Tankage Supervisors to register their interest for upcoming large-scale tankage and heavy-industry projects across the UK. If you have a strong background leading tank construction teams, ensuring quality and safety, and delivering work to specification, we’d like to hear from you.Role Overview:Supervision of tank erection and welding teams — coordinating daily activities, ensuring work is completed safely and to standardTechnical oversight — reviewing drawings, weld maps, and specifications to guide the teamQuality assurance — monitoring fit-up, weld quality, tolerances, and compliance with project requirementsSafety leadership — enforcing site rules, conducting toolbox talks, and maintaining safe working practicesProgress reporting — liaising with site management, tracking progress, and resolving issuesTeam coordination — working closely with platers, welders, riggers, and crane crews
