UK Tax & Customs Leader — Hybrid Role

Tata Steel UK is seeking a Head of Tax & Customs to lead the UK tax function, shaping strategy and ensuring full compliance across direct and indirect taxes. You will manage a team of 10 with 4 direct reports, reporting to the Group Finance Director in a senior leadership capacity.

You will drive tax strategy, optimise cash flow, and oversee governance including SAO and relations with HMRC, while supporting the port Talbot transformation and Making Tax Digital initiatives.
