As a Retail Field Sales Manager, you will be the face and the driving force of the Feoba Wave brand across our key markets. You will be responsible for hitting the front lines of retail, driving sales growth and enhancing brand presence through professional store coverage and customer management. This role is office-based for our London team, operating from our Heathrow-area office.
Field Sales & Store Execution: Conduct regular store visits (e.g., convenience stores, vape shops, supermarkets) within your territory using your own vehicle, building strong customer relationships and achieving set sales targets.
Key Account Development & Management: Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new retail clients, with a focus on chain stores and regional distributors. Meticulously manage existing key accounts to ensure optimal product visibility, stock levels, and promotional execution.
Brand Visibility & Promotion: Optimize in-store brand presence through shelf placement and promotional displays. Plan and execute local activation events such as pop-ups and product trials to maximize brand exposure.
Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activities (pricing, new launches, promotions). Gather sell-out data and customer feedback to provide crucial insights for product and strategic planning.
Essential Experience: Proven sales experience within the vape industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), with a strong understanding of the retail landscape.
Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work full-time in the UK.
Driving Requirement: Must hold a valid full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle for business use ( car allowance will be provided ).
