Acting as the number two to the Leeds Office Lead, you’ll have significant responsibility for project delivery, client relationships, and team development. The immediate focus will be on private sector residential projects - BTR, housing, and regeneration - while also gaining exposure across a wider portfolio. As Associate/Senior Associate Project Manager, you will: Act as number two to the Office Lead, supporting business strategy and team development in the residential sector Lead the delivery of residential schemes (BTR, housing, regeneration), while maintaining oversight across a wider project mix Manage budgets, programmes, risks, and resources to ensure best-in-class delivery Play a role in business development, supporting the office’s profile and growth across the region The plan is to secure this key hire, embed them successfully, and then expand the team further as opportunities grow. We’re seeking a forward-thinking project management professional with consultancy experience who is ready to step into a senior role combining delivery and leadership.
