As the Procurement Manager, you will: Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies and policies that align with business needs. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and optimal service levels. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality standards and performance are met. Oversee inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting service excellence. Drive cost savings initiatives and prepare procurement reports for senior management. Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to forecast purchasing needs and align with the Operations Plan. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sourcing standards.Key Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in a manufacturing setting. Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial management skills. Proficiency in ERP, MRP, or stock control systems.
