Residential Developer working throughout London and the South-East building an enviable product consisting of a mixture of high rise, mixed use and speculative housing. The company is well established and listed on the LSE.

The company has a fantastic infrastructure to support the growing requirement for their product. And an opening has become available for a Senior Planner to work within the Land and Development Department.

The role is to head the pre-acquisition town planning design, helping to negotiate the land, dealing with all planning issues with external consultants and local authorities and ensuring feasibility of plans, designs and terms.
