Production Line Leader

As Line Leader in our Production team, you’ll oversee a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery. You’ll provide the tools and training to help our colleagues to understand key ways of working and relevant site processes. Listening to our colleagues is really important, and you’ll do this whilst taking action to solve issues and improve processes wherever possible.
