Interim HR Advisor

A London University are looking for an Interim HR Advisor to provide first-line advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. The role will play a key part in organisational change activity, including redeployment, contract variations, exits, absence management and employee relations support. The role offers hybrid working. Client Details A higher education organisation, based in London that offer hybrid working. They are currently undergoing change. Description An Interim HR Advisor to: Act as the first point of contact for managers on HR policy and employee relations matters. Provide advice on maternity, adoption, paternity and other family leave cases. Support absence management processes, liaising with Occupational Health where required. Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, contractual changes and leavers. Coordinate redeployment, redundancy, fixed-term contract endings and retirement processes. Conduct and coordinate exit interviews and employee departure administration. Draft HR documentation including contracts, variation letters and employee correspondence. Work closely with recruitment and HR administration teams to deliver an effective HR service. Support organisational change programmes and implementation of new operating models. Manage multiple priorities across a large and diverse stakeholder group.Profile An Interim HR Advisor with: Previous full employee lifecycle experience Strong employee lifecycle and generalist HR knowledge. Confident advising managers on policy, process and employee relations matters. Experience within higher education, public sector or similarly complex organisations would be advantageous. Able to start at short noticeJob Offer Interim HR Advisor Up to £175 day rate Hybrid working, typically 3 days per week onsite. Central London location with excellent transport links.
