An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Education Recruitment Manager to lead and develop a successful branch in Liverpool. This role would suit a proven billing manager or ambitious Branch Manager looking for the next step in their career.

The Role

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of Education Recruitment Consultants
• Driving branch performance and profitability
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and clients
• Supporting and coaching consultants to maximise billings
• Developing strategy and identifying opportunities for growth
• Ensuring high standards of service, safeguarding and compliance

About You

• Previous experience within Education Recruitment
• Proven success as a Team Leader, Business Manager or Branch Manager
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Commercially minded with a track record of billing success
• Passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
• Looking to join a business that genuinely values its employees

Salary:Up to £50,000 Basic + Bonus
