Specialising in Telephone Systems, Lines and Calls, Data/Broadband Solutions (including Leased Lines) and infrastructure, the group are aiming to expand the business through organic growth, and continuing acquisition of franchise bases.
We now have an exciting opportunity within our Corporate Team for an Account Manager.
Qualities we are looking for Account Management Customer Service Customer Experience Customer Insight New Product Launches Sustainability Growth Strategies Business Transformation Change Management Leading and managing a group of corporate accounts, the ideal candidate will be responsible for: Delivering outstanding Customer Service to Franchisees and Stakeholders Building on established relationships with key personnel Fully understand customers business requirements General administrative duties producing regular business reports Answering phone calls and update CRM system Ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly Communicating fluidly with other departments Ownership of customer requirements and escalate when required Ability to implement new ideas and report concerns within the team Updating and monitor open account cases on CRM system Create, implement and manage department campaigns Review supplier charges and query with suppliers if required Complete contract paperwork Who you are Experienced in Customer xwzovoh Service/Sales environments Exceptional in written and oral communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office administration software.
Able to develop technical telephony knowledge and acquire new skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to fluid change Having a high attention to detail What we offer Up to £32,000 (DOE) Basic Salary 20 days holiday Bank Holidays The ability to purchase more holiday Friendly office environment
