HR Advisor (Temp-to-Perm) Location: Southend-On-Sea (with occasional travel across 5 sites) Type: Temp-to-Perm Are you an HR Advisor who loves rolling up your sleeves and making things happen? My client is on the lookout for a hands-on HR Advisor to join their People team and bring real employment relations expertise to the table. Being the go-to HR advisor for Line Managers – from tricky casework to day-to-day HR support. Building strong relationships with managers, staff, and unions. Acting as a trusted advisor across multiple sites – Head Office in Southend with occasional travel to other campuses. Supporting mental health initiatives (being prepared to be a Mental Health First Aider is a plus).
