Interim Housing Manager

Ensure property maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Provide guidance and support to tenants on housing-related matters. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve housing services. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective utilisation of resources. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on housing operations. Address and resolve tenant complaints or concerns in a timely manner.Profile A successful Housing Manager should have: Strong knowledge of housing policies and property management practices. Previous experience in managing housing services or similar roles. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
