Role: Production Operative

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative:

Assemble and manufacture electronic components and products.
Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Follow assembly instructions, technical drawings and work procedures.
Carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks.
Identify and report any defects or production issues.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.About you:

Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or within a team.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.No candidate will meet every single desired qualification we have listed.
