About the Role We are seeking a Senior Consultant to take ownership of key Defence client relationships and support the growth of our portfolio.

This is a relationship led role combining account ownership, opportunity development and hands on delivery involvement.

It is not a pure business development position.

The focus is on building trusted partnerships, shaping opportunities and delivering outcomes aligned to Defence priorities.

Responsibilities You will engage with senior Defence stakeholders Own and grow accounts Contribute to bids and frameworks Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes Maintain an active billable role to retain delivery credibility Qualifications Experience in UK Defence or central government environments.

Required Skills Strong stakeholder management skills Understanding of digital transformation and modern delivery practices Required Clearance UK Security Clearance Pay range and compensation package £60,000 to £70,000 DOE Hybrid working with client site travel as and when required.
