About the role
Lidl is recruiting a store leader to drive outstanding service and performance in Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Falkirk area. You will lead the Store Team, model our values and ensure a safe, efficient shopping environment for customers.
As the store's acting leader in the Store Manager's absence, you'll motivate your team, monitor KPIs and deliver exceptional service, while maintaining Health and Safety compliance and a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
