Finance Assistant - Levy Ireland , Various-Full-Time / Permanent
Please note you must have the right to work full time in Ireland. Own transport is essential for this role due to travel required across venues.
Finance Administrator role to support the Location Accountant / Finance Business Partner in supporting the on-site Team, in understanding their financial performance, assist in driving performance and monitor and control change initiatives.

Finance Assistant - The Role
Process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy, correct coding and timely payment
Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including supplier queries and reconciliations
Support control account reconciliations
Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting
Support payroll processes and related reconciliations where required
Maintain accurate financial records in line with internal controls and audit requirements
Support racecourse and operational teams with finance queries
Ad-hoc finance administration and project support as required
Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role preferred
Working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Understanding of basic accounting principles
