About the role
Guinness Property has an opportunity for an Area Planner to join the Operational Support Team in Sheffield on a full-time, 39 hours per week permanent basis.
We operate a hybrid working style, where you spend 3 days per week working in the office and 2 days working from home.
Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, you will provide an effective planning service for our trade operatives work schedules, ensuring that all operational needs and resident requirements are met.

We are a resident-focussed organisation, so we knowhow we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be experienced in scheduling and coordinating busy workloads, but you will also be confident managing multiple priorities to keep our services running smoothly.
You will also be able to demonstrate these essential skills:
Strong experience scheduling and planning work in a busy environment.
The ability to coordinate with teams and subcontractors to keep workloads on track.
Confidence handling large volumes of data and updating systems accurately.
Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience meeting performance targets and working at pace.
A customer‑focused approach with clear, professional communication.
A methodical working style and accuracy in recording information.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience using databases.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
