Customer Service Advisor

Work Strata is delighted to have partnered with a leading car parts delivery client who are seeking customer service advisors to join their already thriving team based in Rotherham.   Successful applicants' day to day responsibilities will include liaising with customers solving any issues or queries they may have, answering inbound calls only, responding to voicemails, advising clients on vehicle components and general office duties.
