We're looking for an Account Executive to join us as our 4th AE and help us build the foundations of a high performing and scalable revenue function.
This is a unique opportunity to help us define sales at Granola! You'll partner directly with leadership to establish our go-to-market approach while making an immediate impact on our business metrics. As an integral part of our sales team, you'll be pivotal in scaling Granola to its next 100x growth milestone.
You'll be at the forefront of our growth, interacting directly with customers to understand their needs while building scalable sales processes. Own the entire sales cycle (we're currently 100% inbound…) — Navigate security reviews, procurement processes, and vendor management systems
Build and optimise our sales playbook and process as we learn what works
Convert our highest-usage free customers to paid accounts
Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex sales cycles
Enthusiasm for building something new rather than following an established playbook
Comfort with velocity sales and procurement
Strong understanding of the value of brand

Our compensation philosophy is to pay slightly above market on salary and above market on equity.
We are excited to work in-person from our office in London (most of the time). We have a new, bright and spacious office at Old Street. We are happy to offer relocation assistance to candidates who’ll be moving to London to join us.
