Your role Deliver personalised care and support, helping customers live as independently as possible

Support with washing, dressing, bathing and personal hygiene

Administer medication safely and accurately

Assist with shopping, cleaning and laundry tasks

Help customers arrange and attend appointments

Promote a positive culture by engaging with customers and reducing social isolation

Keep accurate records and follow safe practices, including risk assessments

Your skills Personalised approach to care and ideally experiences supporting people with mental health needs

Enthusiastic and flexible approach

Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it

Good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers

Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
