The Commercial Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of our boutique operations. This position is responsible for providing essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring that our boutiques are well-equipped and maintain high standards of operational excellence.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?Boutique Operations:Provide direct support to the Operations Team’s daily tasks and projectsAct as a primary point of contact for boutiques regarding operational queries and support requestsAssist in coordinating various operational initiatives and projects to enhance boutique efficiency and performanceUniforms, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and Consumables Management:Manage the ordering, inventory, and distribution for boutiquesMonitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and place orders to prevent shortagesLiaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers ensuring timely execution and delivery of servicesEnsure that CSR principles are part of all our activitiesAdministrative Support: Process and manage all invoices related to boutique operations, including POSM, uniforms, and other operational expenses, by creating Purchase Orders in SAPEnsure accuracy and compliance of invoices with company policies and budget allocationsProvide general administrative support to the Commercial Operations Manager and the wider Commercial Excellence teamCommercial Community:Support on transversal projects across the Office and in BoutiquesSupport on the performance dashboards when the Head of Performance is awayAssist the Commercial Operations Manager in the development and animation of Boutique communities - Admins, Boutique AssistantsOrganise retail meetings and workshops, thoroughly capturing minutes and actionsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Good understanding of boutiques operations and luxury retail industryStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external suppliersProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for invoice processing and data managementComfortable with analysis and data managementStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyAttention to detail, taking pride in the accuracy of your workProfessionalism in your appearance as presence in the boutiques will be requiredA proactive and problem-solving attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWHAT DO WE OFFER?At Cartier, we are proud to employ talents from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
