Site HR Advisor: Shape People & Policies

HMP Addiewell is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People team on a permanent, site-based basis. The role focuses on providing expert guidance to managers on recruitment, absence management and employee relations, ensuring compliant and informed decision-making across the site.

The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong communication, confidentiality and organisational skills, plus CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it. SAP HR experience is desirable.
