Job role: Admissions Officer
Pay: £18.75 per hour holiday pay
Contract: Temporary (20th July – 14th September)
Location: Greater London (South West)
Working pattern: (minimum 2 days per week on site; increased during peak periods)
Hours: 36 per week
Key focus of the role:
You will play a central role in international admissions, with a strong emphasis on CAS issuance and UKVI compliance. This role requires a high level of accuracy, up-to-date sector knowledge, and the ability to deliver an efficient and supportive applicant experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing international (including EU) applications via UCAS and direct routes
- Assessing UK and international qualifications and supporting offer decisions
- Leading on CAS processes, including checks, issuance and SMS usage
- Providing guidance on UKVI regulations and Student Route visas
- Supporting interview processes (including MMI) and applicant communications
- Working closely with academic and admissions teams to ensure timely decisions
- Experience working in Higher Education admissions
- Strong experience in CAS issuance and UKVI compliance (essential)
- Experience using student records systems (e.g. SITS)
- Confident assessing international qualifications
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Committed to delivering a high-quality, inclusive service
